Services

Four service areas. One integrated practice.

We bring agronomy, planning, and environmental assessment to every engagement. Pick a starting point or talk to us about what fits.

How we structure work

Diagnose first. Then write the plan worth following.

Every engagement starts with the same diagnostic. We answer 143 questions about the property, the people, and the regional context before we draft a single recommendation. That is what makes our plans usable, not just legible.

Each of the four service areas below can stand alone, or combine into a full whole-system engagement.

  • Site-specific, never templated
  • Independent of inputs or buyers
  • Plans you can hand to a lender or an heir
  • Optional implementation support after delivery

Frequently asked questions

Good to know
Most clients start with the whole-system plan if they own working ground, the lease advisory if they are an absentee owner or operator under a lease, or the environmental site assessment if the engagement is acquisition or conservation. A free consultation is the fastest way to triage.
Yes. Most do. A whole-system plan typically includes assessment work, regenerative recommendations, and lease design. We scope to the engagement, not the service line.
Fixed fee whenever the scope is clear, hourly when discovery is needed first. Either way we quote in writing before any work starts.
Both. Some clients hire us only for the plan and implement themselves. Others retain us for quarterly implementation support and outcome reporting.
